DOWNERS GROVE, Ill. – Boncura Health Solutions, a management services organization and operational partner of DuPage Medical Group, has named Andrea Hurteau as Chief Operating Officer.
Hurteau joins Boncura’s leadership team with nearly 20 years of experience in multiple areas of health care, including strategic management of health plans and medical groups. In her role as COO, Hurteau will oversee Boncura’s value-based care, revenue cycle and practice management solutions for both current and prospective customers, which include hospitals, health systems, physician groups and accountable care organizations.
Prior to joining Boncura, Hurteau most recently served in a director position with NorthShore University HealthSystem, where she led the operations for value-based care initiatives. Throughout her career, she has experience working as a registered nurse, and also held executive management and business development leadership positions with Cigna, Methodist Medical Group, Clarian Health Partners and Healthsource HMO.
