Hello! I've only recently switched my bookkeeping / quoting / invoicing on the French version LibreOffice. I notice after research that there has been no fix as to the 'Side-by-side view of 2 files with synchronous scrolling'. It is standard with Excel and essential for working efficiently. I'm not just talking about translation using 2 documents, I professionnaly need it to view side-by-side all sorts of docs such as a quote next to its invoice, student papers to mark etc...
The application gets the scrolling input, but if I just scroll slowly and steadily down the page in Word, the document will jump up and down very quickly and actually scroll UP, to the point where if I continue to scroll down, I'll end up at the top of the page. Same problem with Bridge, trying to scroll sideways in the filmstrip view. Insert symbols or emojis in Office for Mac 2016. By default, the Symbol dialog box shows emoji at first when it's opened. But you can expand it to see other character sets: Scroll to the top and click the toggle button in the right corner.
I'm new to this forum and would like to make this a suggestion for improvement (I've read quite a few request on the French (and English) forum but when people are told to post on the English one, well it doesn't seem to follow. So I would like to put this request if at all possible back on the 'agenda'... Am I at the right place? Is this the correct procedure?
