Once the cuff is properly placed around your arm, just select the appropriate user profile choosing from A or B user button. To start taking a measurement is as easy as pressing of a single button (start/stop button). Ozeri CardioTech BP3T will automatically inflate the cuff, will measure your blood pressure and heart rate, then it will deflate the arm cuff and you blood pressure results will be displayed on the blue backlit LCD display.
HOW COMFORTABLE IS OZERI CARDIOTECH BP3T DURING INFLATION?
You will feel no pain during the automatic inflation, because the device has dynamic measurement technology called Measure While Inflate (MWI) that adapts the cuff’s inflationpressure according to real-time blood pressure detection. This technology helps Ozeri CardioTech BP3T to inflate the cuff as much it is necessary and it will not inflate to 170 millimeter Hg or higher by default as many of the traditional blood pressure monitors do. Thus it will increase user comfort during measurement and you will feel no pain due to over inflating. Note that the user manual suggest to put your cuff on your left arm, but it will give you no significant deviation if you use it on your right arm either!

ored with date and time in the memory for recall. The device provides a single push-button access to average blood pressure reading and clock, date and time stamp for each blood pressure reading.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXPORT DATA FROM THE DEVICE?

Unfortunately Ozeri CardioTech BP3T does not support any mechanism to connect your device to a computer and to transfer or print out your blood pressure readings. If you need to show your blood pressure data to your doctor, you have to bring your device with you or, alternatively, to maintain your blood pressure log manually.
WHAT MEASUREMENT UNITS ARE USED?
During the setup, the device will ask you to choose a measurements unit system between mmHg and kPa, because it supports both. Most of the countries (like USA, UK) use mmHg for blood pressure measurements so if you live is such a country, choose this option. Be sure that you choose the right system, because if not, your device can display values and units that you do not expect, like decimal values if kPA is chosen instead of mmHg. In case that you have made a mistake during the initial setup, you can change you presets pressing and holding the SET button for 3 seconds with the meter off. This will start the device setup wizard again and after the set up of the minutes, you will be able to select the proper measurements unit system.
HOW LONG DOES THE BATTERIES LAST, SINCE NO AC POWER ADAPTER IS INCLUDED?
One of the few disadvantages, is that Ozeri CardioTech BP3T is not shipped with an AC power adapter and you have to use it only on batteries. There is no official info from the manufacturer how long does the batteries last. This will depend highly on the type and the capacity of the batteries and also on the way how you use the device – how many measurements do you take per day and etc. There are some reports from current users that the device is able to take between 700 and 800 measurement with one set of 4 AAA batteries.
